Working Artist currently based out of Maryland, USA. Nov. 24, 1987 - present Influences include Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Marc Silvestri, and others. Interests that may have an effect on work began at a very young age. The artist highly reveres the value of blue collar, "DIY" work, and spent a lot of time as a child watching and learning from his father about the automotive industry and mechanics. At an early age he was desensitized by the American Counter-Culture, and is still influenced by it currently. Such facets include, Motorcyclists, Hot-Rod enthusiasts, Underground Music, and Liberal Politics. Paintings are heavily influenced by stylized pop art and political editorials. Drawings and other works are mainly based upon photographic references, but the artist prefers to work with direct observations. Currently a student at Howard Comm. College in Columbia, MD. He is a construction worker during the day, and also branches into Digital Arts, Comic Book Illustration, and Motorcycles. In the past he has had experience with Photography, Sculpture, and has worked for a small Silk Screen Printing and Signage company in Silver Spring, MD.
