Schott, Ignace
Ignace Schott was born July 28, 1818 in Dabo, France. He has sometimes been referred to as Ignace Schott de Dabo or Ignatius Dabo. Known primarily as a mural artist and stained glass artisan, it is also known that he was an etcher. He signed his work, Ignace Schott, or used a mark created by his initials in the shape of an anchor.
